From the 1st of November, orders that have been purchased or received as a gift for Christmas are eligible for return or exchange up until and including the 5th of January the following year. Please note: We cannot accept returns of custom products. After completing the online returns form in the FAQs, package them up, pop them in the post and we'll process your return/ exchange request as soon as they arrive back to our factory.
